A luxury eco-living community between the ocean and the desert along the East Cape.

The masterplan includes a low-density development composed by four different types of houses and a beach front complex that is inserted into the dunes. A project that was designed to conserve the austere and fragile ecosystem of Baja’s desert and generate the possibility to live within it.
