Casa Canaán floats in the middle of a vast meadow on the skirts of the Chiripo volcano in Costa Rica.

The location hosts a 360º panoramic view towards the valley, allowing us to explore the geometrical composition of a boomerang where all views are captured throughout the dwelling. To further enhance the experience of an open floor scheme, the roof was slightly slanted to gradually generate an openness towards the valley and simultaneously allow for an efficient handling of rain water with the lightest structure possible.
